Two development joints emerge from the urban design.
The joints form the entrées of the neighbourhood and are residential streets, communal neighbourhood centres with public, traffic-calmed areas for lingering and meeting.
The visual connection to the banks of the Lech via the park and Lech terraces gives the neighbourhood and Berliner Allee a new connection to the river and the Lechpark recreational area.
Access to the individual flats is via the communal courtyards, contributing to neighbourly encounters and strengthening the community.
In some areas, each building has communal roof terraces with a very high quality of stay.
There are raised beds, fruit trees and paved areas on the terraces for individual use.
